Code of Ethics

As a BPI Worldwide, Inc. Independent Business Owner:

1.  I will conduct myself with integrity and responsibility, I will be respectful to every person I contact in the course of my BPI Worldwide, Inc. business.

2.  I will uphold the values of BPI Worldwide, Inc. and not engage in any deceptive, un-lawful or unethical practices as an independent business owner of BPI Worldwide, Inc.

3. I will support and advocate the Policies and Procedures as written, and conduct my activities in a professional manor which will respect and honor the reputation of BPI Worldwide, Inc.

4. I will to the best of my ability, fulfill my leadership responsibilities, to train, motivate support and encourage my personally sponsored IBOs and their sales group.

5. I will not participate or encourage excessive buying of BPI Worldwide, Inc. products at unrealistic levels. I will resell at least 70% of all the products or services that I have received from BPI Worldwide, Inc. before making additional purchases.

6. With honesty and integrity I will present BPI Worldwide, Inc. opportunity to prospects and not misrepresent potential, actual sales or earnings. I realize that success is achieved through individual effort.

7. I will conduct myself in a professional, courteous manor when doing an exchange and/or refund to my customer and will be of assistance when needed

8. I will maintain my loyalty and professionalism to the network marketing industry and will not engage in any unethical, unwarranted practices or criticism of any network marketing companies.

9. I will abide by all laws, local, state and federal governing my independent BPI Worldwide, Inc. business. I understand that it is my responsibility to comply with all of the above mentioned laws and the Terms and Conditions and Policies and Procedures of BPI Worldwide, Inc.

10. As a BPI Worldwide, Inc. Independent Consultant of sales and services, I am solely responsible for all financial and/or legal obligations occurred to me in the duration of my business.

11. I will uphold this Code of Ethics as an independent consultant of BioPreformance. I recognize that its success will require diligence on my behalf to create awareness among BPI Worldwide, Inc. Independent Consultants. I will not attempt to persuade, coerce or induce another party to breach this Code of Ethics. If any such action should take place, it is considered a violation of the Code of Ethics and therefore a violation of the BPI Worldwide, Inc. Terms and Conditions and Policies & Procedures.
